Designers across the world agree that the foundation of the design thought process is the evolution of typefaces into full-fledged fonts and their effects on human beings.
We recently added the Blu-ray edition of the Helvetica movie to our library. Before we screened it internally we thought it would be nice to get designers from outside Studio March to attend a complimentary screening. So we sent a feeler out to other designers in Pune. We’d expected about 20 people to turn up. Over 50 showed! The evening turned into an interesting debate post screening, with everyone contributing their thoughts and design ideologies based on this foundation. We’d like to thank all of you who attended and helped make the screening a success We hope to do this a lot more often so keep your feedback coming!
