The September Issue - film screening at Studio March
We consider ourselves a small studio that does big things. So, when we heard about a movie featuring Anna Wintour of Vogue and how she has handled one of the most successful fashion magazines in the world, over decades, we thought of inviting you to have a peek into her creative world with us.
We screened the film at our studio recently and got a great response. Though at first, the film comes off as being exclusively about high fashion, you start to see similarities in moments with how designers work everyday. It dips into a world where there are real people making decisions that ship a great product and often have to deal with the harshest of rejections. All driven and held together by a powerful figure, who has the final word. “There’s no looking back, only forward”.
The film does indeed make you reflect upon your role in an organization and it’s inner workings. We hope to keep sharing more interesting films as they come along, stay tuned!
